As a Scrum master or Iteration Manager, you will use your experience as an Agile practitioner to lead the delivery of projects. About you
-
You are an experienced Iteration Manager or Scrum Master with hands-on experience leading and coaching business and digital/software teams in Agile techniques and methodologies in a complex working environment

You bring the breadth and depth of experience across a variety of Agile methodologies and can lead and coach team members while they get on with the work

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to negotiate with both technology, business units and partners/vendors

5+ Years working in a commercial environment with a degree qualification or relevant experience. Proven experience in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities and working across delivery methodologies.

Understanding of UI Technologies and microservice development and lifecycles.
